3. Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes, materials and prices are accurate.
Actual colours may vary slightly depending on your device and screen settings. Please review the product description, available sizes, fit guide and care instructions before placing an order.
If a product received is damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from what was ordered, please refer to our Return, Replacement, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Prices and Payments
All product prices and applicable charges will be displayed on the website before you complete your purchase.
We accept credit cards, debit cards and UPI through the payment methods available at checkout. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Orders are subject to successful payment authorisation. If a payment fails or cannot be verified, the order may not be processed.
5. Orders and Acceptance
Please review your selected products, sizes, quantities, contact details and delivery address carefully before placing an order.
Customer-initiated cancellations are not ordinarily accepted once an order has been placed.
ARENIÉE may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, fails a quality-control check or cannot be fulfilled for a valid reason. In such cases, the customer will be informed and the applicable payment remedy will be handled in accordance with our policies and applicable law.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are packed and shipped from Surat, Gujarat, India.
The estimated delivery timeline is 7–10 business days from order confirmation. Actual delivery may vary depending on your delivery location, courier operations, public holidays and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Shipping charges:
- Orders above ₹7,000 qualify for free shipping.
- Orders of ₹7,000 or below incur a fixed shipping fee of ₹250.
The applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

7. Returns, Replacements and Refunds
ARENIÉE does not accept general change-of-mind returns. Requests relating to eligible fit issues, incorrectly supplied sizes, damaged products or incorrect products are governed by our Return, Replacement, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Eligible requests are subject to reporting deadlines, product condition, inspection and quality-control requirements.
Where store credit is issued, its validity and redemption conditions will be communicated in accordance with the applicable policy. Nothing in these terms excludes a remedy required under applicable law.
